Kuwait’s Islamic Family Law governs matters that concern marriage, divorce, alimony, inheritance, and child custody. Since the Sunni Shi’a court chambers are separate in Kuwait, our lawyers are trained to individually handle personal cases in accordance with its own jurisprudence.
